Under Nikki Haley the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce contracted and outsourced funds to Kansas Department of Commerce for Data Processing, to turned around to lay off its Employees – Contract like GDOT won’t be found under SC Budget and Control

Many South Carolinian don’t realize tax dollars are paying for the workforce in other states. NJ and NY Port Authority, the Georgia Department of Transportation, and now the latest blog about funds given to the Kansas Department of Commerce. South Carolina has everyone of these departments and all of them need desperately funding. Now that the SCDEW is laying off its employees,maybe Governor Nikki Haley and her appointee have thought it was poor judgement to contract out services (outsource jobs) with the Kansas Department of Commerce for Data Processing when you have employees and citizens of South Carolina who could have done the job.
