Is it a violation using a federally and state funded institution to plan conferences; host conferences; provide building location; use tuitions and tax payer’s money, uses school address; use business hours, to represent partisan ideals/politics of political organizations and think tanks who come together to discussed issues that concern them. The Koch Brothers have been known to host events to discuss their latest agenda. No surprise the Koch Brothers’s Charles Koch Foundation has a seat on the APEE’s executive board. Continue reading
And no this is not the Heritage Action for America the lobbyist group that the Heritage Foundation created. The group Heritage Action for America was created in 2010. The FEC records I have are well over a decade old long before the Heritage action was a twinkle in the eyes of Heritage Foundation.
*** By the way how is it a group that is prohibited from being directly involved in politics can turn around and create a group to do just that. The things that should be investigated. RED FLAGS here
There are certain guidelines concerning campaign contributions, and perhaps it was a test to see what these two Republican organizations, the Heritage Foundation and American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) could get away with, especially when you consider they file as tax-exempt under 501 c 3 rules. Following statements concerning necessary information for individual donors comes … Continue reading
If Republicans are accusing the AARP of owning a 501 c 4 group of owning 501 c3 groups. The hypocrisy many Republican groups have created 501 c 3 groups have created 501 c4 groups are vise versa 501 c 4 groups creating 501 c 3 groups. Below there are two letters dated August 8, 2011 … Continue reading
Ronals Reagan had no problem thanking a man who belief race determine IQ. Before there was J. Philippe Rushton there was Roger Pearson. Like Rushton Pearson had a very important role at the Heritage foundation and beyond. So it doesn’t come surprise that the the Heritage Foundation puts out a report concerning immigration by someone … Continue reading
The Heritage Foundation had denied for years their lobbying. Interesting before scenerio 501 (c) 3 group the Heritage Foundation creates a action group to lobby filed no record of lobbying on their taxes but if you search under the lobbyist who did file the clients they worked with they show the Heritage Foundaton. As so … Continue reading

Wickliffe Preston Draper creator of the Pioneer Fund actually visited the Third Reich and had a very involved history back and forth with the Nazis. Promoting the betterment in education of White-Americans versus African-Americans was at the heart of everything he did. Desegregation would not slow down his efforts in keeping white children and blacks children learning together, it only spurred him into further efforts in keeping the two races separate. The Republican Party, Conservative, or GOP party, and Libertarians have no issue with associating with those associated with this group, from President on down. Continue reading
Political activity Section 501(c)(3) organizations are subject to limits or absolute prohibitions on engaging in political activities. Interesting, that’s only thing the Heritage Foundation is involved in is politics. How does a group that is supposed to be limited in their involvement in politics or lobbying create a tax-exempt 501 (C)(4) group under your foundation to lobby in the hopes you can get away with lobbying. Amazin a 501(c)(3) organization (that is tax-exempt) think they can create a 501 (c)(4) organization (tax-exempt at that too) to try to go up and around the laws they were breaking anyway? That’s the kind of stunt a con man would pull. ~A 501(c)(4) groups do not have to list the names of their donor names.~ Charities, religious, education, scientific groups can file as 501(c)(3), the Heritage Foundation doesn’t fit in the same category. On the Heritage Foundation they write a blog called the “Obama’s Arrogant Authritarianism” in response to the President’s recess appointee (a right allowed by the Constitution), of Richard Cordray to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Sounds like politics, and while the bureau is set up to protect the consumer, I wonder who the Heritage Foundation is protecting? Continue reading
I recently ran across a 2009 article in the Huffington Post on the Heritage Foundation views involving an anti-child rape bill and I was reminded of the Sandusky Penn State Case. The Penn state case have many concern that in some of our states there are no requirements for everyone in a community to report … Continue reading
