After attacking EPA Nikki Haley rakes in same day donations from Electrical Cooperatives but according SCDHEC documents; SCDHEC finds cost equitable for all and no cost to Public Resources

Back in February 2014 the Sierra Club was the only respondent to SCDHEC calling for the Public Response about the new EPA regulations. These so-call Electrical Cooperatives were nowhere to be found if they were so against the new regulations. The customers of these electrical cooperatives really need to question their so-call business practice. If these Electrical Cooperatives felt so against the new EPA regulations they had a chance to voice their concerns back in February rather than waiting to June to get together with Governor Haley to put on the usual attack on the EPA and then paying her for it. However the very thing Governor Nikki Haley and these Electrical Cooperatives complain of, the states own agency, South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control finds reasonable.
