Conflict, Justice Scalia 1977 to Late 2012 Involvements with the same Koch Funded and Conservative Think-Tank behind the Man Going after the Voting Rights Act and Affirmative Action

Update a link at the bottom that was not working has now been fixed. This document is concerning a report that was sponsored by this think-Tank on behalf of the man behind the push to get rid of the Voting Rights Act. The group held an event concerning this. I have also updated my list of Scalia’s involvement with this Think-Tank. I will further update if more is found.

Justice Scalia has I involvement spanning from 1977 to late 2012 with this Conservative Think-Tank. That very Think-Tank prior to 2009 held an event that was named “Is the Voting Rights Act Constitutional?” The man pushing the Supreme Court was also the participant at this event. Continue reading
