If you’re unemployed Governor Nikki Haley won’t trust you but if you are lobbyist Governor Nikki Haley will put all her faith in you. Governor Nikki Haley said before the unemployed could receive their unemployed benefits they had to be tested for drugs.  For example, Nikki Haley said the people who applied for jobs at … Continue reading

Red Flag, Koch’s Group AFP, Donates to Group not Legally Registered, United For Missouri’s Future, the Board members are Lobbyist, they claim 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, and No Taxes appeared to be filed

United For Missouri’s Future claims itself as a 501 c 3 group, however there strict rules concerning 501 (c) 3 groups and lobbying. However United For Missouri’s Future board members are major lobbyists. Most so-call charitable groups really involved in politics try to pass themselves as 501 c 3 groups to get tax exemptions. A List of Republican’s American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) Campaign Contributions made Directly to Republican State, Federal Candidates, and Republican Committee for Election Years 1995 to 2012, a Clear Violation for a 501(c)3 Group

According to IRS rules it is prohibited that 501 (c)3 groups be involved in politics directly or indirectly and that would mean a definite ‘NO’ to campaign contributions. I have included a list of American Legislative Exchange Council donations from 1995-2012 election years. This list of campaign contribution to the following candidates from 1995-2012, name only one contributor and those funds came specifically and directly from and on the behalf of the organization, American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and no one else.

They can’t do that, but they did it anyway. Continue reading

No, Charter Schools should not Get States Employees Retirement Plans, They aren’t Public Schools, Non and for Profit have a Growing Numbers of Misappropriation of Funds, and all the Profits they are Making (Pending New Changes in IRS for Charter Schools)

Charter schools supporters should have to write 500 times on the school black board “I am not a Public School that is just something I tell people to get public school funding.

No oversight could maybe mean they can contract business to themselves, friends and family members.

Before you know it all the friends and relations could have well paying jobs. Since charter schools are something the Republicans are pushing, when other people claim they can’t find work and need the government to extend unemployment benefits or state employees are facing cuts I guess Charter Schools can respond and say “They don’t take Government Hand outs.” Continue reading

501 (C) (3) is tax-exempt is the only reason so many of these Republican Think Tanks are filing to be, only thing is they don’t represent anything a 501 (c)(3) group is supposed to be.
