In 6 years, Owner of the Dakota Access Pipeline has 41 Environmental, Health, Safety Violations – Plus 1 New recent Violation

 

In addition to 41 violations that amount to $$22,853,194 in penalties in six years, news has surfaced today that in the midst of protest over the current controversial Dakota Access Pipeline in Billings County; 176,000 gallons of crude oil has leaked.

Energy Transfer is owner of the Dakota Access Pipeline and the Parent company of several subsidiaries with numerous violations.
