When #Donald Trump decided to run for president, no one knew exactly what to expect. With just over 30 days until voters head to the polls on Election Day, Trump is now forced to deal with an unsettling situation.

Trump on trial
As election season rolled on, one of the biggest issues hovering over the Trump campaign’s head was the upcoming #Trump University fraud case. Over 5,000 former students are set to be represented by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who claim they were scammed out of as much as $35,000 each. While the fraud trial has gotten the most attention from the press, there’s another legal matter that the #Republican nominee has tried to ignore, but is now moving forward. As reported by LawNews on October 7, the lawsuit alleging that Trump took part in a group rape of a minor has been ordered to a hearing.

An order has been announced by federal Judge Ronnie Abrams for a conference hearing in the rape lawsuit against Trump. The plaintiff, described as “Jane Doe,” filed a lawsuit earlier this year, detailing her alleged rape by Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire financier and registered sex offender. The incident allegedly took place in the summer of 1994 when “Jane Doe” was only 13-years-old.

A more detailed account of the complaint claims that Epstein hired an unidentified woman to routinely pickup nearby teenage girls to bring them to parties. Two of the then-teenage victims, known as “Jane” and “Tiffany” are listed in the complaint as witnesses who claim they saw Trump and Epstein take part in the sexual assault. As of press time, Trump’s legal team continues to deny any wrongdoing by their client. The status conference is scheduled to be held in a New York court on December 16.

ROBERT SOBEL – Video tape of Donald Trump 13-year-old rape accuser going for $1 million, clips leaked

Video tape of Donald Trump 13-year-old rape accuser going for $1 million, clips leaked Despite being ignored by much of the media, Donald Trump is facing a lawsuit claiming he took part in a group rape of a minor.

Over the last three weeks, #Donald Trump has been forced to pushback against multiple allegations of sexual assault. Since the start of October, a dozen women have come forward to claim Trump touched them inappropriately, though there’s another story that has been ignored by much of the media.

Trump’s rape case
To start the final full month of his campaign, Trump was forced to confront a leaked audio which revealed his private sexual desires during a conversation in the now infamous hot mic Access Hollywood tape. The October surprise rocked the Trump campaign, which has led to the #Republican nominee accusing the media of working with #Hillary Clinton in an attempt to end his White House bid. While the allegations have been taken serious, Trump has even more problems on his hand. Earlier this month, a federal judge decided that a rape lawsuit against Trump had enough evidence to move forward to a status hearing. The accuser claims that Trump, along with convicted pedophile Jefferey Epstein, raped her on more than one occasion when she was only 13-years-old. As reported by The Daily Star on October 28, a video tape of the accuser could be purchased by a mainstream media outlet for a high price tag.

Known in the court documents as “Jane Doe,” Katie Johnson claims that she was brought to Epstein’s home in the summer of 1994 where she alleges that the two forcefully raped and abused her. In the court documents, Johnson claims she was the victim of a “savage sexual attack,” while accusing Trump of striking her in the face, holding her down, and threatening to kill her family if she ever spoke out about the altercation. Johnson also claims Trump took her virginity during the first alleged incident.
