Will Republican Donor Koch Brothers Benefit from the Enbridge Expansion with their Shared Ownership in a Variety of Agreements between Enbride and Enbridge Partner, Enterprise Product Partners, LP

Koch Industries through it’s subsidiary Flint-Hill will profit from the Enbridge, Kinder-Morgan and TransCanada’s Keystone XL however I wanted to take a another glance and a different approach to see on what possible deeper connection that could exist or underlying partnership, quieted partnership that the Koch Brothers could have that would suggest the Keystone XL they will benefit from the Enbridge project. Upon further research it appears there are at least three deals created that don’t have anything to do with Koch’s Flint Hill’s, but show Koch Industries has a variety of partnerships with Enbridge and its partner, Enterprise Product Partners who have a similar project to the Keystone XL expansion. Will Big Republican Donor, the Koch Brothers Profit with Their shared Ownership with both Enbridge and Enbridge’s Project Partner, Enterprise Product Partners, LP over a Variety of Deals Made

Koch Industries through it’s subsidiary Flint-Hill will profit from the Enbridge, Kinder-Morgan and TransCanada’s Keystone XL however I wanted to take a another glance and a different approach to see on what possible deeper connection that could exist or underlying partnership, quieted partnership that the Koch Brothers could have that would suggest the Keystone XL … Continue reading

I went to a website that listed the name Oneok Hydrocarbon L.P. For some unknown reason Koch Industries doesn’t talk about its ownership still of Koch Hydrocarbon /Oneok Hydrocarbon. When the partnership came to be the company names became Oneok Hydrocarbon (formerly known … Continue reading

Koch Brothers as Usual will Profit from the New Alaska Project, TransCanada, BP Pipelines, ConocoPhillio, and ExxonMobil are Working On Together

Perhaps it was an accident that reports about BP Pipelines, ConocoPhillio, ExxonMobil Transportation Company, Unocal Pipeline Company, and TransCanada, failing to mention of how Koch will benefit from the Alaska Pipeline Project. Like the truth is missing there the truth is missing in that Koch ad’s false statements about the President exploring for energy in … Continue reading

Prior to the Citizens United Supreme Court Decision, Foreign Company, TransCanada and its Subsidiaries were already Breaking FEC’s Prohibition rules on Foreign Corporation’s Campaign Donations #Keystone XL

Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission was passed in 2010, but I took a look at the FEC rules, and I looked at Canadian corporation, TransCanada and found it was making donations that broke FEC rules. I found TransCanada and its subsidiaries were making donations to non-federal candidates. I further note the FEC says specific … Continue reading

Koch Industries Partner with ConocoPhillips and Devon Energy in Gulf Coast Fractionators Years Ago, Nothing shows They Got out of the Partnership, the Coincidence Koch Brother have Partnerships with Some of the Companies Including ONEOK and Valero that have the Biggest Involvement with TransCanada and the Keystone XL

It seems in each leg of the Keystone XL there are different oil and gas companies involved that have what would seem to be partnership with Koch Industries, but yet for years the brother presented themselves nonchalant about not having any concern or interest in the Keystone XL. This from two who seem to make … Continue reading

2011 Court Filing ties Koch Brother to Bear Paw Energy, ONEOK Partners and Northern Border Partners also own Bear Paw Energy, Transcanada is a Partner of NB, ONEOK purchased Valero Subsidiary, Koch owns 40% of Valero Subsidiaries, Koch has Limited Partner Agreement with ONEOK

I have gathered various research and notes that show what a complicated business relationship where these Koch Industries have like the court said through various contract Koch has ownership of a company not commonly associated with Koch. Previously I wrote that the Koch brothers were in a limited partnership that was formed through Koch Hydrocarbon … Continue reading

TransCanada’s Executive Summary Proposal for the Keystone XL Admits the Pipelines are Being Built in Minority and Low-income Neighborhoods

In TransCanada’s own words I have included a document stating how the Keystone XL Pipelines that Republicans in Congress are pushing are being built in minority and low-income neighborhoods.

As found in Wikipedia an Executive Summary is described as follow: An executive summary, sometimes known as a management summary, is a short document or section of a document, produced for business purposes, that summarizes a longer report or proposal or a group of related reports, in such a way that readers can rapidly become acquainted with a large body of material without having to read it all. It will usually contain a brief statement of the problem or proposal covered in the major document(s), background information, concise analysis and main conclusions. It is intended as an aid to decision making by managers[1][2] and has been described as possibly the most important part of a business plan[3].

Of course not to forget how TransCanada claimed eminent domain, and their a foreign company. Bullies to the poor.

The Fish Story that TransCanada Told, their Website and Official Executive Summary for the Keystone XL Proposal on Jobs Tell two Different Stories, Republicans still Pushing the Issue in Congress

TransCanada says “…local businesses along the pipeline route will benefit from the 118,000 spin-off jobs Keystone XL will create…” Besides over looking the dangers of the Keystone XL, Republicans and TransCanada are telling the Keystone XL wil create so many job, but according to TransCanada’s own Executive Summary and what their website say are quite … Continue reading

Koch Industries Owns 40% of Valero Corporation Subsidiaries, Valero is directly involved in the Keystone XL, TransCanada seeking New Permit and Republicans still pushing for Oil Pipeline Part 1

Koch Industries has many ways it will profit from the Keystone XL and it seems we have one more way we can add on how they will profit. Through a partnership or ownership with Valero it seems Koch will profit greatly. This blog is a gathering of information that supports that Koch’s is tied to … Continue reading

Koch Brothers has Partnership Agreement with ONEOK who is Tied to Keystone XL and TransCanada, ONEOK’s Gas Pipelines Connected to TransCanada’s Oil Pipelines the Potential Fireball and Ruptured Pipelines, Part 3

The various arrangements sells and limited partnership agreement between the Koch Brothers and ONEOK came along the same time the Keystone XL was proposed over a half a decade ago. The sells and agreement all came on the heal of one another in 2005. Also around that time ONEOK through several business transactions would also increase its interest in TransCanada, while also creating ONEOK Partners, LP who who would also have some interest in TransCanada.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TransCanada Northern Border Inc. operates as a subsidiary of ONEOK Inc. filed application to construct and operate two buried natural gas pipelines, Bison (Bison-first phase of the Keystone XL) and Pathfinder. According to a project website “TransCanada has brought $10 billion of growth projects into service including the first and second phases of the Keystone Pipeline System, the Bison and Guadalajara natural gas pipelines.” The Bison Pipeline was connected to the the Northern Border Pipeline Company in which ONEOK, LP and TC Pipeline both own (TC is also a subsidiary of TransCanada). The Billings Gazette reported the Bison Gas Pipeline exploded on July 20, 2011. The Keystone is not expected to lower American’s gas and TransCanada agrees only a few hundred permanent jobs will be created. Don’t be fooled by Republicans and the Oil and Gas companies promising you what amounts to as Fool’s Gold. The Republicans the Keystone XL to the Payroll Tax debate and so now the President has less than sixty days to decide on the Keystone XL going forward. Enbridge and Kinder Morgan also have similar proposals. Canada’s Crude oil is so toxic it requires a lot of gas. Besides ruptures oil pipelines, and toxic gas given off, Gas and Oil pipelines near each other pose a great risk. The Keystone XL is not worth it let, let your voice be heard if you disagree with this 1700 mile hazard stretching through several states. Koch Industries Will Likely Profit from the Enbridge and Kinder Morgan Expansion who also have similar plans to the Keystone XL. Continue reading

TransCanada Northern Border Inc. (Keystone XL) is a Subsidiary of ONEOK Inc., and ONEOK Inc. has a Partnership with Koch Industries

As the story goes TransCanada is trying to run pipelines from Canada to Texas then to Illinois, which is known as the Keystone XL, but it would seem that other companies like TransCanada Northern Border Inc., (affiliated with TransCanada and TransCanada Northern Border Inc. is subsidiary of ONEOK), ONEOK, and Koch Industries through partnerships appeared to have been involved in this Keystone XL deal began years ago. It seems the proposed plan for ONEOK and everthing it has attempted to do since 2005 seems the same plan that we associate with TransCanada the Corporation. There are too many similarities that point to other owners of the Keystone XL, and Republican leaders on Congress want the President to make a decision on this in less than sixty days. That doesn’t include the fact the dangerous risk involved in this Keystone project to the environment at the risk of Americans’ health. Continue reading

Koch Brothers Owns Contract with TransCanada Like Other Companies Claiming to Profit from the Keystone XL

The interest in the Keystone XL was only helped by interest shown by the oil and gas companies if there was no interest chances are we wouldn’t be talking about them today. American oil and gas company contracts would help to spread that interest. In January 2011 TransCanada announced they had secured enough contracts that meant 65,000 barrels of oil would be shipped daily. Koch Industries would be among those other oil an gas companies in ownerships of these contracts in relation to the Keystone XL. Koch Brother’s Former lobbyist they used or years, Alex McGee is now the lobbying on the rrbehalf of TransCanada. McGee works on K Street. Continue reading
